Pick from our menus below which include: Boneless Prime Rib, Steak Fry, Barbecued Chicken, Italian Sausage, Polish Sausage, German Bratwurst, Spare Ribs, and a Whole Suckling Pig to name just a few. All of our menus can be altered to fit your specific tastes.
Also, we provide all of our customers with a number of optional delicious appetizers, hors d’ oeuvres, and accompaniments to compliment your main selections. Plus, don’t forget, whatever is left is placed in foil pans and covered with foil for you to take home with you!

In addition to the many delicious selections available through B.B.Q. on Wheels, Party Time Caterers offers consumers another option in the catering field. Whereas B.B.Q. on Wheels specializes in offering an assortment of menus grilled on site, Party Time Caterers offers a wide array of Buffet Menus. Delivery, Set-Up, and maintaining the buffet line for 1 1/2 hours is standard on the Silver and Gold Buffet Packages.
Party Time Caterers is perfect for casual to formal occasions such as weddings, banquets, and award ceremonies. An example selection for your special occasion could include 3 entrees such as hand carved prime rib with au jus, chicken marsala, and baked orange roughy with 5 accompaniments such as a vegetable medley, baked potato with butter and sour cream, rice, pilaf, caesar salad, and triple chocolate brownies.
Choose from 3 different Buffet Menus (Buffet, Silver and Gold), which offer a wide selection of entrees and accompaniments. In addition, Party Time Caterers offers a number of exciting appetizers, hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, sweet trays, and beverages to complete your dinning experience.
