I just wanted to send a quick note and let you know how happy we were with the food and service BBQ on Wheels provided at our party Saturday night. The food was fantastic. We received tons of compliments from our guests. As for Gale, he is a total pro. He delivered everything on schedule and was completely engaged with monitoring the food set up.
